Shipping Charges - $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

Unresponsive customer service

"Over last 10 years I bought maybe 20 pairs of these. I absolutely love them. However, I just bought 4 more, all same size, just different color. All of them feels like a different fit. When I complain to customer service, no one is replying! So frustrating!!!! Not to mention, that they do not offer refund, only store credit. This is so bad."
