All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. This allows us to provide high quality and more efficient delivery for your order. ZANEROBE has also gone paperless, so invoices are only digital. If you require a tax invoice contact info@zanerobe.com

Duties & Taxes

Deliveries outside of Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Japan may be subject to local import fees or taxes. Fees and taxes are subject to the shipping policies within your country and are calculated through your local customs office.

The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred as a result of this. These fees or taxes will be charged through the courier service used and an order can only be received once the payment has been made.

Should a delivery be refused by the customer, the cost of the original order and return shipping cost will be charged to the customer and taken from any potential refund.

Please note, there may be a minimum order value for imported goods into your country. For any orders of larger value or size, we recommend checking the requirements with your local customs office. Please contact your local customs office for more information on any local policies.

No Avoidance

We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Route Package Protection

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

Australian Orders

  • Aus Post Standard - Metro: 2 to 7 business days / Regional: 3 to 9 business days
  • Aus Post Express - Metro: 1 to 3 business days / Regional: 1 to 4 business days

International Orders

  • DHL Express Shipping - Metro: 3 to 5 business days / Regional: 3 to 7 business days

Please note these are a guideline only, as guaranteed delivery times have been temporarily suspended. Shipping times may also take longer than usual during Black Friday Sale Period due to the higher volume of orders.

Shipping Costs

Australia (AUD) - Aus Post

  • Free for orders over $150.
  • $10 flat rate for orders under $150.
  • $15 for express shipping.

NZ (AUD) - DHL Express

  • Free for orders over $200.
  • $15 flat rate for orders between $100 and $200.
  • $25 for orders under $100.

United Kingdom (GBP) - DHL Express

  • Free for orders over £250.
  • £50 flat rate for orders under £250.

Europe (EUR) - DHL Express

  • Free for orders over €250.
  • €50 flat rate for orders under €250.

Rest of World (USD) - DHL Express

  • Free for orders over $250.
  • $25 flat rate for orders up to $250.
What is ATL?

All orders are shipped as ATL (Authority to Leave). This means that if the driver deems a delivery safe to do so, without someone signing for the package, that this will be done. If you wish to avoid this scenario, we encourage you to ship your order to a location that you will be present at during the day, or to a business address.
