What Payment Options Can I Use?

We now accept the following forms of payment:

  • This means you can now purchase with one click and fingerprint id right from the product page. All you have to do is have Apple Pay set up on your phone.

Discount Codes

All discount codes can be applied in your My Cart page or at the Checkout before payment.

Enter your gift voucher or coupon code into the field next to “Have a gift voucher or coupon code?” and make sure you click the “apply code” button.

You will then be provided with your new order total.

Forget to apply the code?

It can be very difficult for us to apply the code after you have placed your order, so hopefully you didn't forget!

At the checkout and your payment just won't be accepted?

First Step

Check that all your Credit Card or Paypal account details you have entered are correct.

Do you have enough funds?

Occasionally a Credit card will fail to make payment if there are insufficient funds.

If this is the case, try another card. 

If you are purchasing in a currency that is not your local currency, please also ensure you have enough funds in your account at the value of the conversion

International to Australia?

If you are an international customer of Australia, please make sure your bank will allow you to make an international transaction.

Sometimes their security is way to good, and they stop the transaction from occurring because they want to keep your account safe.

If all the above seems right and its not working?

But the best option here is one of the following:

- Wait 20 minutes before trying to pay via credit card again.

or

- You can check out with your credit card through PayPal (even if you don't have an account)

Transaction Fees & Charges

If you purchase in a currency that is not local to your country, your bank may charge you an International Transaction Fee.

This is not charged by ZANEROBE and cannot be refunded. 

Currency Conversion/Exchange Rates

Please ensure you check the currency you are purchasing in

This will always be displayed at the checkout.

If you are purchasing in a currency that is not local to your country, your bank may automatically convert your purchase amount into the local currency of your country.

Please note that any refunds will be issued in the currency that you are charged at the checkout, and not in the currency you were charged in your bank account.
