Shipping Charges - $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

"These pants are definitely not worth the price. I have an older pair of zanerobe pants that are significantly better quality. Since they're not available anywhere else, I ordered them directly from the zanerobe shop. I won't do that again. These pants are worth €30 at most. The color in the shop-photo doesn't match the actual color. I would have liked to have the pants in the photo."

"These are so much much tighter than the other fabrics and colors. For example the Camo color or black fits me perfectly. I cannot return or exchange which makes me more upset. This company needs to have better return policies."
