All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund critieria stated in the policy

"Bought these on final sale and that was a mistake lol. I am 5’8 with an athletic build and selected the smallest size on the website: w29. The shorts are so baggy in leg width that they are unwearable. The inseam also doesn’t work I would have to roll at least once to get to an appropriate length/inseam. It’s too bad I like zanerobe’s style and quality but fit has been an issue"
