Shipping Charges - $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund critieria stated in the policy

No Products Received and No Support

"I’ve been in contact with DHL for over a week since the shipment was supposed to arrive and at this point I’m certain that they’ve lost the package (ignoring me for multiple days), and have asked Zanerobe for support, with no response. Very disappointing. $100+ for nothing."

Defect on shorts

"Hi I recently ordered 2 Zanerobe track shorts and i noticed on of them it didn’t have the ZANEROBE logo on the shorts and the other did. I was also gonna return them cause the fit on the shorts wasn’t too good for my being but once i noticed that it didn’t have the ZANEROBE logo on the shorts i decided to email you guys back for that. The shorts are not popping up in the bottom here to click on. Please let me know what can be done in this case. Thank you"
