Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

Poor quality & fit

"Material was not as expected. It is not waffle style it’s more so a print rather then material pattern. Fit is not as shown on the model. I am the same build and the shorts were skin tight on waist and legs. Would not reccomended, material also was frayed and cheap and I was not allowed a refund. The shorts also have silver zippers that arent shown on photos"

The fit is terrible in

"The fit is terrible in these shorts. They are too small for their size and they puff out at the front which makes them look terrible on. Black Friday sale or not, if something doesn't fit it should be able to be returned but according to your policies this is not possible. You've lost a customer for good."
