Shipping & Returns

Shipping Charges - $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund critieria stated in the policy

"Will start of by saying these feel and look great. With that said, they are not the same as regular sureshots. I prefer the regular versions. These tend to crumple more and they generally don't feel as high quality as the regular versions. Some may still appreciate the tradeoff for the lighter feel. I would still recommend these pants!"

Disappointed with different fabric markings

"There is nothing wrong with the fit or color design. However, the pants label is 98% cotton and 2% elastin instead of the 97% cotton and 3% elastin indicated on the site. This does not affect the selection of trousers, but I hope that minor typos will not accumulate. I leave it"
