Shipping Charges - $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund critieria stated in the policy

Great products, worst return policy and customer service

"I absolutely love the brand and have at least 20 pieces in my wardrobe at any time. But beware ordering online as their return policy and customer service is horrendous. I ordered two shirts, two pairs of pants, and a hoodie a few weeks ago. 5 days later they went on a huge discount so i asked for a price adjustment since i had ordered within the week. They refused even though it was well within the return window, and also let me know that any sale items can't be returned. Even full price items are charged a $10 return fee and only get store credit rather than a refund. Nowhere in the checkout process does it say that sale items are final, which is a bit misleading. Wish i had known that before ordering. Love the products but never order them online. In store only."

Let down

"Too long. The part from the knee to the ankle cuff flairs out which isn’t a good look. They also make noise when you move the fabric is really hard or something. I had to order 4 sizes up for the waist to fit and it’s still tight. So definitely hard to order online if you’re ordering true to size"
