Shipping Charges - $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund critieria stated in the policy

warm & stylish

"More of a bowtie quilt pattern than a hexagonal one since the adjacent border of each hexagonal shape is not stitched. Zippers are difficult to use with one hand and require some finesse to operate with two hands. Still, these pants are warm and look nice--solid 4 stars."

"Love the colour and look of this. The fit is amazing and material is a bit thicker, which makes it great for the Fall/Spring season. Was also surprised at how fast shipping was. Huge fan!"

Very poorly designed

"I’ve been a fan of Zanerobe’s joggers for a while now but these are genuinely terrible pants. They look great but they have ZERO stretch in the legs so even with the same size that I’ve always ordered with their joggers, I can’t even lift my knee to my waist while wearing these. I can only barely walk without the fabric preventing me from doing so! Again, this is is exact same size that I’ve always worn. I even ordered a different pair of Zanerobe joggers in the same size on the same order and those ones fit just fine, so it clearly is THIS pair of pants. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. These must be experimental and I’d say that this experiment failed. Hoping that their joggers are still worthwhile but after this, I have some serious doubts."
