Shipping Charges - $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund critieria stated in the policy

"Bought these pants in size 34 as final sale, however when they arrived I realized the inseam was very short. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident so I recommend checking the size chart. That said, the material was nice and Zanerobe Customer support graciously allowed me to return the pants for a credit. Thanks Zanerobe!"

Quality Control

"I ordered 3 pairs of the lightweight Kyoto Chinos all in a size 30. 2 of the pairs fit great but the 3rd pair is at least a few cm larger in the waist and rise than the others. They fit terribly compared to others, I assume it's a quality control issue. Otherwise great chinos."

"The Kyoto Lightweight Chino is a great selection for any occasion. I recently dressed them for a cocktail party with a turtleneck, blazer, and boots. The pants are versatile - you can dress them for any look and occasion. Not to mention, the pants are stretchy. If I can crouch or do squats in them (which I can), then it’s a good sign. 12/10 recommend"
