Shipping & Returns

Shipping Charges - $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund critieria stated in the policy

"Love the design, colour & the quality of the velcro,zips,pockets etc. I wish the material or seams were a little more stretchy especially around the knees. I felt the rear/bum area isnt build for someone with a bum, it feels normal on the front/crotch region but weird sizing on the bum like there needs to be more material/room. Great style and fit

"Love these ones The Jumpa Tech are super high quality, they feel like cotton and are very comfy. The design is sick, I've been looking for a good pair of tech pants for awhile and these hit all the right notes, they provide that little extra touch of hardware to any look. Some reviewers say to buy a size smaller, and while the waist is a bit loose in my usual size, when I sized down I found the thighs and crotch to be tighter than I was comfortable with, so I exchanged for my true size. I'd recommend just sticking with your size, the waist has strings for a reason!"

Jumpa+ Tech Pant Black, The overall design is good

"But it gives a slightly different feel than when actually worn. Overall, it's cool and I really like the waistband. The waistband is the heart of Zanerobe. However, the material is too thin. It would be good if the material was about the size of a jogger low wedge And the thigh side gave me the feeling of uncle's pants. I'd rather go straight down to the calf calves or I think what it would have been like if the line from the pelvis to the thigh to the knee was a little slimmer."

Great pants - size down.

"I love these pants. They're super comfortable and look great - the zippered pocket is a nice touch. I usually keep the ankles drawn pretty tight, similarly to how the model wears them. One thing I would advise is sizing down. I usually wear a 33/34 waist, but the 34 was HUGE, so I returned it for a 32."
