Shipping Charges - $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund critieria stated in the policy

I’ve been a long-standing fan

"I’ve been a long-standing fan of but more recently an on line shopper. My recent purchase has now left me very sceptical of the brand. As you will see from my file and communication with your company, I was a return shopper after my previous experience. This time however I purchased the identical styled item that had the same description as before, but the goods in question, had a very different fit. The difference for me was ridiculous as what fitted me last time was significantly smaller and tighter this time. After a number of emails to and from Zanerobe I was offered a refund. I explained that a refund wouldn’t suite me as I needed to purchase ahead of a trip I’m making on 1/11/22. The explanation received was however that part that annoyed me more than the size discrepancy itself."

Sureshot joggers

"Haven’t purchased a pair of Sureshot’s for a couple of years and the sizing runs a little more snug now. Originally brought a 31 but exchanged for a 32, which is still snug, but ok. Definitely need to go a size up from your norm - maybe two sizes for a more relaxed fit. Nice to change up the pattern though and these look sharp!"

Sizing Is Off

"I've been buying Sureshot Joggers for years, with the size 34 always being the perfect fit for me. However, in this case, it definitely wasn't. It's frustrating because I was planning to wear this to a friend's wedding vow renewal party, but they were SUPER tight on arrival. The fabric quality was a bit different, it seemed to be thicker than the other Sureshots I own. I do like the pattern, but overall I'm giving two stars because of my frustration with this experience."

I have other joggers from

"I have other joggers from Zanerobe and they're amazing. These ones are great looking joggers, but material is different than the others however. I bought them as a gift for myself for Christmas. The fit was great. About 20 minutes of wearing them, I walked up the stairs and the plants split right in the middle. The pants didn't feel too tight or anything, so I'm fairly disappointed."

"Fits a bit tighter than other pairs, but looks really good and is made of high quality material just like other pairs. Highly recommend with a white tee or another solid coloured shirt. Looks great with sneakers too"
