Shipping & Returns

Shipping Charges - $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

Transit Time - 3 to 7 business days from when your order is dispatched. (Transit times may vary during Black Friday Sale period)

All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order.

Returns - We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian customers only.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund critieria stated in the policy

"An impressive end to end experience. my experience with Zanerobe started in 2019 when i bought 1 t-shirt in Miami and i thought its expensive. it stayed my favorite tshirt till i thought of buying online but i live in Egypt. i ordered the 2 pack i got free delivery that my shipment arrived in 48 hours i don't know how. and there were no customs. quality of the shirt is beyond everybody asks me where is this from.
