While we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days, during peak sale periods such as Black Friday, our warehouse team may require additional time to manage the increased volume. Rest assured, if you've received your order confirmation email, our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped using Aus Post or DHL Express. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order. Transit Time is usually between 3 and 7 Business days from the time your order is dispatched but may be longer during Black Friday Sale period due to the higher volume of orders.

 

AUSTRALIA (AUD)
Free for orders over $150. $10 flat rate for orders under $150. $15 for express shipping.

NZ (AUD)
Free for orders over $200. $15 flat rate for orders between $100 and $200. $25 for orders under $100.

 

REST OF WORLD (USD)
Free for orders over $250. $25 flat rate for orders up to $250.
