Collab culture has gotten out of hand. We’ve tried almost every sandwich in Sydney. We even made a T-shirt about it. So when SERVA asked us to collaborate for the opening of their new Freshwater store, we didn’t need much convincing. The idea was pretty simple: they make the sandwich, we make the tee. A few rounds of sampling sandwiches and a few rounds of sampling tees later, we landed on the final lineup: a Cacio e Pepe Steak Frites Sandwich, Cherry Cold Brew and a limited run of hand-dyed, custom-printed ZANEROBE x SERVA tees. To celebrate the collab and the opening of SERVA Freshwater, we took over the new store for the night. Good people, plenty of steak sandwiches, cherry cold brews and our limited-run tees out in the wild for the first time. It was a pretty good excuse to get everyone together, eat too many sandwiches and celebrate the opening of a new local spot. Thanks to everyone who came through. Missed the opening?
